Malin may issue €30m in shares
Company plans to sell between 2.5 million and 3 million shares in the company at €10 each
Malin, the biotech investment fund backed by former executives of drug firm Elan, is considering issuing up to €30 million in new shares.
The company told the Irish stock exchange last Friday that in response to market demand it plans to sell between 2.5 million and 3 million shares in the company at €10 each.
