Losses widen at Barbie-maker Mattel

Reported a net loss of $73 million for the first three months of 2016

Toymaker Mattel, which produces Barbie dolls and Fisher-Price toys, has reported a net loss of $73 million for the first three months of 2016, compared with a net loss of $58.2 million for the same period a year earlier.
