Logo start-up grabs Disney’s attention

More than 1,000 companies have signed up to use the services of Dublin start-up LogoGrab in the four months since its launch.

LogoGrab has attracted big names, such as Disney and McDonald’s, with a software platform that detects and recognises corporate logos.

LogoGrab’s image recognition technology allows people to take a picture of a logo and upload it to a website to gain access to special offers and information about the relevant company.
