Philip Martin’s quest to find the perfect corn tortilla on Irish soil proved the inspiration for his Co Tipperary food venture Blanco Niño.
Established in 2015, the Clonmel-based taco producer has since expanded its reach to the food service sector in 11 countries in Europe, and Martin is close to closing a €950,000 funding round in a bid to enter the retail sector within the year.
