Lero to  team up  with Swedish microchip firm on space project

Irish software research centre Lero has been selected by the European Space Agency (ESA) to implement a research programme worth €400,000.

The 18-month project commences this month, led by Lero director Mike Hinchey, and will see Lero collaborate with Swedish chip-manufacturer Cobham Gaisler to develop software for special microchips for European space missions.
