Language schools claim damages over visa rules

The courts are to discuss whether the Minister for Justice is liable to pay damages to any English language school that claims new visa regulations have affected its business.

Last week English language schools Academic Bridge and NED Training Centre won their case in the High Court against the minister and education quango Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
