Landis + Gyr, the global smart meter company built up by Tony O’Reilly’s son Cameron, is setting its sights on ESB’s massive smart metering tender.

Installing smart energy meters in all homes is an EU requirement and the ESB is due to tender for the various aspects of the project soon.
