Lack of childcare sees many parents miss five days of work per year
Just under half of working parents in Ireland have missed up to five days of work in the past 12 months due to a lack of available childcare supports, a new report has found.
The research by IrishJobs.ie found that more than one-third of the respondents surveyed had no back-up childcare arrangement for when a child was ill.
