Kelleher ‘not harassing Nama’ in US court action

Lawyers for developer Garrett Kelleher have denied that his case against Nama in Chicago was filed to harass the agency, and have claimed that Nama is trying to “bully Mr Kelleher into submission” with a legal sanctions motion.
In a filing to the court, they also warned they would be able to “pursue a well-founded sanctions motion against you and your clients on behalf of Mr Kelleher”.
