Irish property developer Garrett Kelleher has voluntarily withdrawn his action against Nama in an Illinois court, but left the door open for future proceedings, according to court documents filed in the US.
Kelleher, best known for his long-running attempts to develop the 150-storey Spire skyscraper in Chicago, is being pursued by Capita Asset Services, acting as a loan servicer for National Asset Loan Management (NALM), a subsidiary of Nama, for just over $8 million.
