Kavanagh seeks offers for Globe and Rí Rá
Developer saw off rival bidders just a year ago
One of Dublin’s most well-known pub venues is back in play, with property developer Greg Kavanagh understood to be seeking offers for The Globe and neighbouring nightclub Rí Rá on George’s Street.
Two sources in the hospitality industry said that they were approached in recent months with a view to buying the premises, but had declined to bid.
