Council warned it would go to court after works at Rathmines site went on after hours

A company linked to property developer Greg Kavanagh has been hit with a planning enforcement order by Dublin City Council.

After a protracted dispute with residents adjacent to a residential scheme he is developing in Rathmines, the council’s planning department issued a warning to the developer that the authority would seek an injunctive order to cease all works if any further breaches of the planning permission occur.
