Karelian directors in line of fire at upcoming shareholder showdown
A shareholder revolt is set to play out this Friday as an attempt is made to dislodge directors at diamond explorer Karelian.
A rebel shareholder grouping wants to get rid of founder and chairman Richard Conroy as well as non-executive director and Cavan multimillionaire Seamus Fitzpatrick, the boss of Mayfair-based firm CapVest, along with the rest of the board.
On Friday, hostilities will be aired at an emergency general meeting in the Davenport in Dublin.
