Johnson Hana International, an Irish alternative legal solutions company, has raised $1 million in seed funding from backers including Voxpro Group co-founder Dan Kiely.

Chief executive and founder of Johnson Hana International (JHI) Dan Fox said: “Our belief is that the law is broken. Our belief is that the legal industry has operated without any truly compelling alternatives to conventional legal models. Lawyers are not happy and neither are businesses.”
