Jewellery company has sparkling year
The jewellery and accessories company Stella & Dot, which counts singer Katy Perry, actor Jennifer Aniston and dancer Julianne Hough among its celebrity fans, recorded sales of over €1 million during its first year in operation here.
The company’s products are sold online and at gatherings known as ‘trunk shows’ by independent agents who receive commissions of between 25 and 35 per cent on their sales.
According to Kathleen Mitchell, vice-president of Stella & Dot Europe, over 230 Irish women are now selling the company’s range.
