Iveagh Trust to launch €10 million Dublin social housing scheme
The trust was founded by the Guinness family
The Iveagh Trust is close to completing the largest social housing development in Dublin to date this year.
The trust, which was founded by the Guinness family, is also teaming up with major developers including Gerry Gannon’s Gannon Homes, Michael Cotter’s Park Developments, and Cairn Homes to build Part V Social Housing on their behalf.
Next month, the trust will launch Annamore Court in Ballyfermot.
