Peppa Pig: no change of ownership

An ITV bid for Entertainment One, the company behind popular cartoon brand Peppa Pig, has been rejected. ITV made an offer of 236 pence a share for the company, valuing it at more than £1 billion.

“The proposal represents a significant premium over the undisturbed eOne share price, prior to the impact of recent bid speculation.”
