Jonathon Lowey is country manager for Ireland with investment firm Citadel Securities. The US company opened its Irish office in January 2017. The office is situated in Dublin and employs 28 people involved in options and exchange-traded fund (ETF) trading. Citadel plans to increase its Dublin headcount to 50 by 2020.
