The Cliff Townhouse on Dublin’s St Stephen’s Green, a Georgian building boasting a swish restaurant and private rooms, was the location for last week’s unveiling of TV3’s grand plan for 2017. Journalists milled around, snacking on canapés and sipping wine, alongside some of the commercial broadcaster’s best-known faces such as Karen Koster and Colette Fitzpatrick.
