Touchscreen feedback stations developed by Limerick start-up VisitorM will be used by shoppers in the US under a new deal with the well-known clothing retailer Old Navy.
VisitorM founder Alex Schregardus established the firm in November 2013, targeting the airport sector initially. He saw potential for the technology among airports under pressure to prove the quality of their services and facilities in order to attract new airlines and new routes.
