Irish salad chain opening three Cypriot outlets

It’s all Greek to Chopped, the fast-growing Irish salad chain. The franchise is opening three locations in Cyprus starting this week, on Valentine’s Day, as part of a major global expansion.

Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Chopped, said the company will trial the three Cypriot franchises over the next 12 months before committing to selling a master franchise.
