Irish consumers prefer brands that aren’t purely fixated on profit, but can demonstrate they are acting in the best interest of their customers, according to a report by Customer Experience Insights (CXi).

Last week, the group, which provides a subscription service for companies interested in examining best practice in customer experience, held an ‘integrity breakfast’ where practitioners discussed how to improve trust levels with consumers.
