Irish arm of 
Symantec has assets of €10bn

Company also earned €2.6 million in foreign exchanges gains

The Irish arm of security software group Symantec – which makes well-known anti-virus products such as the Norton programme – has assets of $11.6 billion (€10 billion).

That’s according to new documents for Symantec International Unlimited which have been published as part of a merger between two of Symantec’s Irish-based subsidiaries.
