IPUT portfolio value jumps to €1.8bn in Q1

IPUT, one of the biggest property investment funds in the country, saw the value of its portfolio increase to €1.8 billion by the end of the first quarter, according to figures sent to its investors.

When the gains in the price of its properties and rental increases are factored in, the portfolio has risen in value by about 3 per cent in the three months to the end of March and by just over 24...
