INM posts pre-tax profits of €37.4m boosted by digital revenue

Company profits up 19.4 per cent on 2014

Independent News & Media has said profit growth over the last year was driven by increased digital advertising revenues.

The company posted pre-tax profits of €37.4m in the year up to December 2015, up 19.4 per cent and lifted by a 41.7 per cent hike in digital.

The company reported revenues of €321.2m, while growth in total advertising sales was €2.8m.
