A new report sheds plenty of light on the most important challenges facing the international financial services sector in Ireland, writes Graham Clifford

Three-quarters of international financial services companies will be hiring more staff in the next three years, while nine out of ten companies also believe recruitment is going to become an increasingly significant issue for them.

These are just some of the key findings of a recent report, A Skills Needs Analysis of the International Financial Services Sector in Ireland, 2015, carried out by the Summit Finuas Network and Accenture.
