Hotel suites row at Citywest winds its way to the High Court
Citywest owner Tetrarch is working to resolve a long-running row that affects 395 rooms at the West Dublin hotel and golf resort.
Tetrarch is suing two of the 140 investors in the Citywest Golf Suites in the High Court, with the matter due to return before a judge on Thursday after ongoing attempts at mediation.
Some 140 investors paid a combined €52 million for units at a standalone apartotel development at Jim Mansfield’s Citywest complex.
