Text analytics company Aylien recently secured €580,000 in funding from Cork venture capital firm SOS Ventures and Enterprise Ireland. The company was set up in 2011 by Iranian Parsa Ghaffari, who moved to Ireland under the entrepreneur visa scheme after taking part in a Chinese accelerator programme backed by SOS, which is headed by the entrepreneur Sean O’Sullivan.
