Homes at a luxury Spanish golf resort owned by billionaire media tycoon Denis O’Brien have sold out, with some properties selling for in excess of €2 million each.

O’Brien is now planning another development of upmarket apartments, townhouses and villas at the 300-hectare PGA Catalunya, north of Barcelona.
