WorkCompass, the performance management software company, will increase its staff count from 15 to 100 over the next four years.

The Cork-based company, which has recently developed artificial intelligence for management goal-setting, is plotting a major expansion in Britain and the US and expects to hire staff to meet resource demand.

Denis Coleman, founder and chief executive of WorkCompass, said that based on the success of the expansion, the staff targets could triple again.
