Health giant PHP signs €60 million in Irish deals
Healthcare operator closed its first deal in Ireland last October
Primary Health Properties (PHP), the £661 million rated British healthcare operator, has lined up Irish investments worth up to €60 million and closed its first deal in Ireland last October.
According to an investor presentation, the company, among the largest operators of primary care centres in Britain, spent €6.6 million on the Tipperary primary care centre, where the HSE is the anchor tenant alongside three GPs and a pharmacy.
