Companies actively planning to improve gender pay
More than half of Irish business believe that the gender pay gap is an issue for their organisation.
According to a recent survey carried out by Performance Reward Consulting (PRC) of 100 businesses across the island of Ireland, just 41 per cent are actively planning steps to improve gender pay equality over the next two years. A further 35 per cent are unsure if they will be taking active steps.
