Greencore has an appetite for vegan food in British market, says Coveney

Greencore chief executive Patrick Coveney has said the company is cashing in on demand for vegan food in Britain.

The Irish company, which supplies all the major supermarket chains with sandwiches, salads and ready-to-go food, said it had rolled out new vegan ranges in the last number of weeks.
