The catering and restaurant group Gourmet Food Parlour is investing €250,000 in opening its tenth business.
The company, which was founded by Lorraine Heskin and Lorraine Byrne in 2006, has several restaurants, a deli bar and a catering business in Dublin.
It will open a new restaurant in Skerries, Co Dublin, this summer, adding to its locations in Dún Laoghaire, Malahide, Swords and Santry, as well as House on Leeson Street and 37 Dawson Street.
