Globoforce, a heavily backed Dublin tech company that runs staff incentive schemes for corporations, increased its revenues by a third in 2014 to almost $250 million.

The company, which ditched plans for a $480 million Nasdaq flotation in early 2014, recorded turnover of $249 million in 2014, up from $186 million for the year before, according to new filings.
