Globoforce back in profit

‘Software as a service’ provider made $2.9 million more than in 2015

The Dublin-based tech firm Globoforce has returned to profit.

According to recently-filed accounts, the ‘software as a service’ provider returned to profit last year, making $2.9 million more than in 2015.

In 2014, the company, whose software is used by corporations to reward employees, ran at a loss of more than $9.4 million. In a note to the accounts, the company states that expenses in 2014 were 104 per cent of total revenue, compared to 99 per cent in 2015.
