The German healthcare property fund Immac Capital is believed to be poised to acquire its first Irish healthcare assets in an increasingly busy transaction market here.

Immac has been linked with the acquisition of the Beechfield group, a nursing home operator in which Lionscourt Capital is a main investor.

Beechfield is on the market for about €32 million. Others said by market sources to have looked at the Dublin group include French fund InfraVia Capital...
