Colm Buckley: allowing people to compare their salary with market average

How much are you worth to your boss? It’s a universal question, and one which recruiter Colm Buckley is setting out to answer – for Irish employees, at least – with the online resource Mysalary.ie.

Mysalary allows users to compare their salary to the market average, based on wage data supplied anonymously by peers. The site went live in April 2014 and has since racked up close to 4,800 users.
