Winner will become wholesale operator of Mexico’s radio spectrum

Declan Ganley’s company Rivada Networks is competing with global communications firms for a contract worth over $10 billion (€8.9 billion).

The winner of the contract, set to be awarded by the end of August, will become the wholesale operator of Mexico’s radio spectrum. AT&T is also believed to be in the running.
