Ganley slams ‘bizarre and unfair’ bidding process for Mexican mobile phone network

Says Rivada has complied fully with the letter and the spirit of Mexico's new public private partnership law

Galway entrepreneur Declan Ganley has described the manner in which his business was pushed out of a bidding race to build a $7 billion mobile network for Mexico as “bizarre, unfair, and very damaging to Mexico’s international reputation”.

“We have complied fully with the letter and the spirit of the new public private partnership law in Mexico,” Ganley said.
