Aerogen, the Galway-based medtech company, has opened a German office in Düsseldorf, having created 60 new jobs in Ireland and overseas in the past two years.
The company makes aerosol drug delivery systems for the critical care respiratory market. It employs 170 people in Ireland, Britain, Germany, China, the US and the Middle East.

EY reports €393m revenues in Republic of Ireland for 2021 financial year
Revenues in the Republic increased 9.5 per cent for the year up to June 2021 to €393 million, up from €359 million in the previous year
