GAA leads the field in attracting sports sponsorship for 2017

Research shows that 73 per cent intend to spend more on sponsorship next year, writes Lisa Bergin

There’s good news for the Irish sponsorship market. Fresh industry research, conducted with senior sponsorship and marketing industry professionals by PSG Sponsorship, has shown that 73 per cent of those surveyed intend to spend more on sponsorship in 2017 than they did this year.

The sentiment is not as bullish as this time last year when 80 per cent of those researched intended to spend more ahead of a massive year that staged the Olympics...
