At 108 pages long, Food Wise 2025 is not exactly a light read. The strategy document, which was released with some fanfare by Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney in July, contains a dizzying array of facts and figures concerning the Irish food and drink sector.
