Furlong offloads more Datalex shares

Datalex interims 'may have been misstated'.

Low-profile investor Nick Furlong has sold off nearly €12 million worth of shares in Irish tech company Datalex.

Stock exchange filings show that Furlong’s Pageant investment vehicle dumped a further 3.8 per cent of its holding – or roughly 2.9 million shares – at a price of around €4 per share.

It leaves Pageant with about 1.8 million shares in the company, worth around €7.2 million.
