Former limited partners in a Belgian hotel group whose backers include members of U2 are in a row with the company which controls the chain of nine hotels.

The former limited partners believe they are being unfairly blocked from bidding for the business, which is valued at over €100 million. This allegation is denied, however, by EHC Investments, the company that controls the hotel business.
