First El Gringo Burrito opens in Tallaght

Entrepreneur Brian Goff has signed up the first franchisee for a Mexican food concept he debuted in St Stephen’s Green Food Village in late 2013.

Goff established El Gringo Burrito on the first floor of the Dublin shopping centre in the 12,000 square foot space formerly occupied by Cafe Kylemore.

He and co-founder Felim Meade invested €200,000 initially to launch the Mexican food brand alongside four others, as part of a 400-seater food emporium, employing more than 50 people.
