Fineos plans for 100 more hires following €132 million flotation
The software company Fineos plans to repay a European Investment Bank loan and hire about 100 extra staff with the cash raised from its stock market flotation.
The Dublin-based company last week raised €132 million from a listing on the Australian stock market, giving it a value of close to €435 million, in the largest listing in Sydney this year.
Out of the money raised, almost €70 million will go to existing shareholders to allow them...
