I meet Pat O’Neill, the chief executive of the wealth manager and stockbroker, at Heritage House, a big, gracious Georgian house. The carpet is deep, there is delicate ornate plasterwork on the high ceilings, and huge windows framed with heavy brocade curtains, and elaborate chandeliers....
