Ex-pats team up to deliver ‘healthier pizza’

Three returning ex-pats have invested well over €500,000 in bringing a healthier pizza company, which originated in New Orleans, to Ireland.

Declan Breen, David Fitzpatrick and John Nolan, who met while they were working in the Middle East, are aiming to open 30 branches of NKD Pizza in Ireland North and South over the next few years. Their first branch, on Orwell Road in Rathgar in Dublin, opened last month.
