Former Isme chief executive Frank Mulcahy has accused a statutory inquiry established to investigate allegations he made against members of the Gardaí of “procedural unfairness” against him.
In May, Mulcahy’s lawyers KRW Law advised retired judge Patrick McMahon of their client’s decision to no longer participate in the inquiry into alleged Garda misconduct he is conducting.
